Carl Eldh (1873–1954) was during the early 20th century one of Sweden’s most prominent sculptors. Today, his former studio is a museum and a place for new artistic research. Among nearly five hundred of the artist’s plaster casts and works, you can also take part in newly produced exhibitions, guiding walks and programs.

Carl Eldh Studio Museum is glad to present the artist Malin Gabriella Nordin (b.1988), renowned for her colorful abstract paintings and organic compositions. With a highly personal style, Nordin’s artistry moves between drawing, painting and collage to small and large-scale sculptures. An intuitive and transcendental painting practice that, at Carl Eldh’s, evolve into new sculptural forms. The summer exhibition mainly presents new and site-specific works and by opening the studio in new ways, our visitors will get a unique insight into the artist’s process.
