This year Stockholms Auktionsverk celebrates 350 years in the service of cultural heritage. Managing our shared history is a continuous work, without pause and end. As time goes on, new history is created with new expressions, new perspectives and new messages. Some of the most influential artists and designers from the 20th and 21st centuries come together in the display of this spring's big Moderna & Nutida auction. A journey of discovery from Jonas Bohlins and Axel Einar Hjorth's most iconic furniture silhouettes to artist Jim Dine's challenging appeal and Lena Cronqvist's introspective reflections. Artistic works that only become more exciting the more you spend time with them, which continue to raise questions and thoughts.

Welcome to take part in the combined display at Nybrogatan 32, carefully curated by Stockholms Auktionsverk's leading specialists. The show runs from 15–20 May, and all items will then go under the hammer in connection with Moderna & Nutida on 21–22 May
