På Sergels torg is a placemaking initiative in Stockholm. The aim is to revitalise Sergels torg, an iconic central plaza, into a space for people of all ages to experience art and culture. På Sergels torg offers year-round activities accessible to everyone in the heart of Stockholm. 2024 kicks off with performances, workshops, and exhibitions featuring both established and emerging artists. På Sergels torg is a collaboration between the City of Stockholm, local estate owners and civil society.

HOT BOX is a group exhibition featuring first-year students from the Master's program in Fine Art at Konstfack University of Arts, Craft and Design. The exhibition is produced in collaboration with På Sergels torg.

Hmm, we think of.. 
Being invisible,
A small room that can be made very hot
A difficult situation which you can not easily escape, where there is a lot of pressure
A pressurized container/containment
A relationship to fill a space
A ”hot box” as a center point

A periphery
